Louisa is a theatre maker & manager, a collaborator in design & production, a builder of systems & spaces, an instructor & consultant based in Kjipuktuk/Halifax.
She is Managing Director of 2b theatre company. Artistic collaborations include: Accidental Mechanics Group, ReWork Productions, Home Economics Art Collective, Kinuk Studio/Ursula Johnson, Shape/Shift.
Past work: Kazan Co-op, Spatz Theatre, Zuppa Theatre, Eastern Front Theatre & The Atlantic Film Festival. Nominated for 2018 NYC Drama Desk Awards; Set Design, Lighting Design. Recipient of the Scotland Herald Angel Award, ‘little devil’ award & 7 Merritt Awards for Stage Management & Design. Louisa is a graduate of the Technical Scenography Program at Dalhousie University.
