That which grows wild and profusely is a series of 7 beaded plants found on the outskirts of the manicured beds at the Halifax Public Gardens. These works were made in for The Unseen an augmented reality exhibition put on through The Centre for Art Tapes in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This series questions the rigidness of the Victorian Garden, Europeans need to ‘tame’ and ‘maintain’ public spaces and natural vegetation.
