SUMMARY:Plural Contemporary Art Fair
DESCRIPTION:IOTA Studios is pleased to be exhibiting at booth 206 in the Pavilion spaces at Plural Contemporary Art Fair\, at Grand Quay\, Port of Montreal (200 de la Commune W. St.) in Montreal\, QC. \nThe fair will be open to the public 12-14 April 2024\, with VIP previews April 11. IOTA’s exhibition will unfold in back-to-back duo installations over four days\, with Jordan Bennett & José Andrés Mora on Thurs Apr 11 – Fri Apr 12th; and Carrie Allison & Jennifer Willet on Sat Apr 13 – Sun April 14. Together\, these artist pairings demonstrate a breadth of technological research across beadwork\, mural collage\, painting\, and photography. \nThis is IOTA’s second art fair and first exhibition at Plural\, which was formerly known as Papier Art Fair until 2023. Tickets can be purchased at plural.art (one-day tickets $20-25\, full fair passes $60\, VIP tickets $225). This project is supported by the Nova Scotia’s Department of Communities\, Culture and Heritage. Selected works by Carrie Allison and Jordan Bennett are presented in partnership with La Guilde.
